Exchange Policy

We really love what we sell and know you will too. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange it within 30 days. We do not give credit card refunds, only merchandise credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.Furniture, special order items, and custom items are not exchangeable. All sale items are final.

All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please call us at (314)726-9611 or email us at customerservice@citysprouts.com for a RA#. We will not accept packages without a RA#. 

  • All items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange unless City Sprouts sent the wrong item.
  • All exchanges must be sent via UPS, FEDEX, or registered mail.
  • Please call within 10 days if an item is defective or damaged.
  • City Sprouts is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Please contact the shipper directly if this happens.
  • We do not give refunds.
